All members of Scouting, young people or adults, are required to pay (or have paid on their behalf) Capitation to National, County and District towards, primarily, insurance. These rates have been set as follows for the year 2007:

National £19.10
County £5.95
District £2.75

It is therefore decided that The Musketeers, Romsey Scout Fellowship, subs for the year will be charged at £30 per head. This charge is compulsory for adults not holding a warrant (ie. not accounted for as a member of a Group or the District in another capacity) whilst voluntary contributions will be gratefully received from current warrant holders.

The scale of charges for those joining during the year is

Payment for a part year on joining will allow all Subscriptions to be renewed each January, for simplicity of administration. Subscription rates will be reviewed at each AGM for the coming year.

Cheques should be made payable to "Romsey District Scouts" and returned, with the Joining Questionnaire, to the Musketeers' Secretary, Claire Sutton.
